Qualification & Experience:
- DAE/BTech/BS in IT/Computer Science or Equivalent having 02 years of experience in relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Duties (Morning, Evening and Night) in SINES Data Centre on rotation basis.
- Provision of Network (LAN & Wifi)/IT Support in Offices, Classrooms, Conference Room, Seminar Hall, Auditorium, COVES and Meeting room.
- Software and Hardware Installation and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting of Printer, WIFI Access Points, IP Cameras, Scanners, Photocopiers, Computers, etc.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Basic Network Troubleshooting
- WIFI Troubleshooting
- Software Installation & Troubleshooting (familiarity with MATLAB, ANSYS, SPSS, Minitab etc. )
- Office 365 Installation and Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with working of Audio/Video Systems, Biometric Devices, CCTV Cameras
- Office Automation
Trainings/Certifications:
- CISCO, Microsoft Certifications
- Computer Hardware Certifications
- CCNA
- MCSE
- Office 365
- A+
