Key Account Manager

Date: 15 Jan 2025

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
2. Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
4. Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing-related field.
2. Relevant strong experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
3. Able to communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and make
   - driven decisions.
6. Excellent negotiation and
   - solving abilities.
