Your Role
As a Key Account Manager - Healthcare, you’ll be the key point of contact for our major clients within the innovative and generics industry. You’ll collaborate with executives and leaders within client organizations to understand their priorities and exceed revenue and growth goals. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Advisor: Leverage your
- term client relationships to provide expert advice on marketing, market research, sales management, and industry trends. - Solution Architect: Anticipate client needs and work closely with our marketing, sales, and consulting teams to develop tailored solutions for complex business challenges.
- Business Development: Identify and lead new business opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Executive Interface: Engage with C-suite executives, marketing, and IT leaders to represent IQVIA and foster strong partnerships.
- Customer Satisfaction Champion: Monitor client satisfaction, ensuring we deliver on our promises.
- Renewals and Growth: Skillfully manage contract renewals and subscriptions, maximizing value for both parties.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise with less experienced sales team members.
- Global Impact: Collaborate with our global and regional account management teams.
- Contract Strategy: Take a proactive role in shaping contract strategies that drive success.
Qualifications That Set You Apart
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences discipline or a commercial foundation.
- Sales and Account Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare environment.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analytical Acumen: You love working with data and numbers.
- Effective Communication: Proficient in Portuguese and English.
