What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who will work supporting users and monitorizing systems in a Telco Project.

In order to maintain the service without disruption, this team work is shifts to provide 24x7 coverage.

Requirements:

For this position we are thinking of a person who has the following skillls:

• High level of English, as the work will be performed in English.
• Familiarity with MS VBA
• Interest in process automation & improvement
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Basic understanding of Python
• Proactive and curious, attention to detail mindset, clear communication, and a positive attitude Innovator mindset
• Availability and williingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
