Job Description:

The Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I) is looking to hire Technical Junior Consultants to perform software design, development and testing.

You will be part of a Global Delivery Center based out of Oporto and servicing all the Industry’s needs.

Focus on Retail our organization helps customers to implement and adopt the Oracle Retail Software to manage the core Retail operations.

What you will do

1. As a member of the CS4I organization, your focus is to deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
2. Contribute as a team member in projects building successful customer relationships.
3. Develop software (product extensions, integration, and data migration) according to the analysis and design documents, with high quality and high customer satisfaction.
4. Act as a developer/consultant in the delivery of Oracle solutions on behalf of our client base.
5. Participate in the software test phase, checking its quality against the specific test cases.
6. Analyze and propose solutions, together with colleagues, to achieve the best technical solutions.
7. Support and, where necessary, drive technology adoption by clients.
8. Develop and maintain an
   -
   - date knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services.
9. Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to Oracle Industries Solution.

1. Experience in Unix, Shell Script, and version control systems (GIT) is highly preferable.
2. An understanding of CI/CD is expected.
3. High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment,
   - belief, and
   - orientation.
4. Willingness to join a dynamic and multinational team.
5. Self-driven personality with analytical and
   - solving skills.
6. Interest in technology and strong communication skills.
7. Knowledge of Oracle products or previous experience in the IT or Retail industry will be useful though not essential.
