- The role involves understanding the client's needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping deliver customized solutions to meet their business objectives.

- They design and develop solutions in close alignment with presales consultants that: meet customer requirements, are feasible, are
- effective, and are aligned with the company's products and services.

- They act as proposal managers for selected clients and solutions. They will have to deal with Delivery in Iberia and with other Thales' entities and potential subcontractors to develop the proposal. This implies designing the solution, its cost model, developing the proposal, leading the defence workshops, ensuring bid management process is followed, etc.

- They have a broad knowledge on all company’s products and services. Therefore, they play a major role in selling strategies.

- They foster selected customers’ demand to achieve growth objectives, by supporting account managers and helping prioritize solution development. This requires a very close and direct relationship with selected accounts.

- They gather and analyze data to help the sales team understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve the sales pitch, as well as to develop a roadmap for nominated clients.
