Scientific Area: Monitoring of health and
- being data from individuals.

Project Summary and Work Plan

This project aims at the design, technical development, prototyping, and final validation of an innovative solution for the regular monitoring of health and
- being data of individuals. The hired individual will be integrated into a consortium of companies developing the ILLIANCE Agenda of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

Obligatory Requirements:

1. Ph. D. in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or similar fields.
2. Highly motivated candidates with specific experience in molecular oncobiology.
3. Proven solid experience in recruiting and monitoring cohorts of cancer patients.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of the molecular causes of cancer and their clinicopathological correlations.
5. Track record of relevant publications in the field of cancer biomarkers.
6. Proven oral and written communication skills in research derived from data.
7. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
8. Immediate availability to start the contract.

Valued Competencies:

• Strong interest in the project’s topic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in patient cohort
  - up and maintaining clinical records in compliance with GDPR.
• Strong teamwork skills and good interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent writing and summarization skills.

Evaluation of Applications

The evaluation of the scientific and curricular background of the candidates should focus on the activity of the last five years. Candidates are excluded from admission if they do not fill out their application correctly or do not meet the obligatory admission requirements.
