Our client is looking for a professional to join their Recruitment Team. If you are passionate about recruitment and eager to develop your career in this field, this opportunity is for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse received CVs and conduct phone screenings;
• Conduct validation interviews based on requirements while considering company culture;
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient and structured recruitment processes;
• Ensure all collected information is properly recorded and organised;
• Coordinate recruitment process timelines with the requesting departments;
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in defining and reviewing recruitment and onboarding guidelines, suggesting innovative improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields - mandatory;
• Six months to one year of experience in roles with a strong recruitment component - mandatory;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese - mandatory;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and
  - solving abilities;
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a challenging environment.
