We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Product Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field.
This is a

What the job involves:
- Define detailed guidelines on what needs to be audited and the quality standards to be applied.
- Maintain our quality management system by recording incidents, changes and improvements.
- Carry out audits of our systems based on EN9100.
- Determine quality measures for all manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
- Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
- Identify the cause of technical problems and recommend modifications.
- Write reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e. g. number of defective raw materials per order).
- Review current plans and quality documents.
- Define and monitor quality assurance targets (e. g. reduce average processing time for quality checks by 20%).
- Coordinate external QA auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by improving product quality.
Requirements:
- Practical learning of quality management products and test methods.
- Thorough understanding of technical documents.
- Good knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and
