Would you like to take part in our Application Management journey? We are now looking for a Technology Service Lead (Application Provider) to assess Application lifecycle management in Nordea Asset Management.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the NAM IT Support team. We add value by protecting our Business and Customers by prudently managing NAM Application Portfolio within Application Management.

As the Application Provider, you’ll play a valuable role in being technically responsible for NAM applications, which means addressing issues impacting application performance and availability, working within risk and technology constraints.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver great leadership by engaging and motivating within your area of responsibility to reach our vision and strategy.
• Drive and secure continuous alignment and collaboration with BATLs, Application Owners, Key Business Stakeholders, and Key IT Stakeholders to steer the current work and manage escalations and impediments across Technology.
• Drive mitigating actions for all technical risks, compliance, and audit matters within your application portfolio.
• Assess the vulnerabilities of Nordea Asset Management Business systems and environments.
• Ensure good quality of documentation: registration of assets and technical documentation.
• Drive access controls compliance.
• Ensure application compliance with Information Security and regulatory requirements.
• Support application continuity and availability processes and testing.
• Drive classification and integrity of applications.

You’ll join a unique Team in Nordea Asset Management specializing in Application Lifecycle Management and Portfolio Management. The role is based in Oeiras, Portugal.

Your experience and background:

• Broad and relevant experience working with application management lifecycle is considered a merit.
• 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in financial institution software and services.
• Self-motivated, professional, high integrity with a balanced set of values reflecting high ethics.
• Detail-oriented.
