JUNIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER

We are searching for a Junior Product Engineer to join our team and help grow our business.

About the position:

As a Junior Product Engineer, you will support the product and project management teams in the development and industrialization of
- bike products.

You will assist in coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in product management, business development, and supply chain coordination within the
- bike industry.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up tools for communication and sharing of information with Clients
• Develop and manage direct relationships with client’s Product/Project Manager, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and market priorities
• Assist in developing business opportunities and expanding the client base.
• Maintain relationships with clients and support product development discussions.
• Assist in defining components and specifications for
  - bike products in alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure
  - effective and
  - quality solutions.
• Manage product documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications.
• Support quality control and certification processes (e. g. , EN15194 compliance).
• Work closely with
  - functional teams, including design, engineering, and production

Key skills and training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills. (English is mandatory)
• Passion for the cycling industry and a strong willingness to learn. (Being an active cyclist is an advantage but not required)
• Basic understanding of product development and supply chain management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel or similar productivity tools.  
• Prior experience in product management, manufacturing, or supply chain is an advantage but not required.
