YOUR ROLE

• Administer and maintain application servers (Tomcat, Apache, NGINX, HAProxy, etc. ) in both
  - premise and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and manage applications, ensuring system reliability and performance, including monitoring and
  - mortem analysis.
• Provide 24/7 support, addressing incidents and technical issues for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams.
• Develop and improve automation processes, monitoring systems, and alarms using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Prometheus.
• Proficient in programming languages (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go) for system administration, scripting, and process automation.
• Experience with Cloud services (Iaa
  S, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices, ensuring secure and efficient application deployment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in system administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of application servers, network protocols, and security practices.
• Expertise in scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of Cloud technologies and infrastructure.
• Ability to handle troubleshooting under pressure and provide clear
  - mortem analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and processes.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced and dynamic team environment.
