What you will do:

Neotalent is looking for a Junior/Mid Product Owner to join one of the largest software houses based in Lisbon focus on
- sourcing and
- procurement solutions (Lisbon - Hybrid)

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with
- functional teams, including development, UX/UI, AI specialists, and business stakeholders, to conceptualize and deliver new functional modules that enhance our product offering. If you thrive in a

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives and innovation goals.

• Collaborate with development, AI, and UX/UI teams to design and implement innovative solutions and AI-powered functionalities that enhance user experience and business value.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new functional modules.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.

• Oversee the
-
- end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with commercial and support teams to facilitate internal training and ensure seamless adoption of new functionalities.

• Drive change management processes, including creating user manuals, product documentation, and communication strategies.

• Promote a culture of innovation within the squad, encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies and AI applications.

• Analysis / mapping of product, processes and clients’ business requirements and solution configuration.

• Contact with development, architecture, UX/UI, testing and maintenance teams to have a continuous improvement of products.

Are you ready for a leap in your career?

What you are like:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner;
• At least 1 year of experience in a Saa
  S company, preferably working with AI-driven products or innovative digital solutions;
• Experience in Agile methodologies and product management frameworks;
• Professional english proficiency (written and spoken);
