We are in search of an exceptional Junior Marketing Associate ready to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts. You will be the sole individual dedicated to shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, reporting directly to the CEO. Your role is not just limited to digital marketing or social media management – we expect branding campaigns and strategically deployed content crafted with the assistance of AI tools like Chat
GPT, keeping your scope holistic and transformative. Your ability to plan, innovate, and implement will be crucial. You will be building campaigns to boost our Employer Branding but also generate Leads, keeping our messaging consistent and compelling across all touchpoints. Are you still reading? That’s interesting! Since you’re still here, we might as well tell you what you’ll need to be successful in this position:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• You are fluent in both the English and Portuguese languages.
• You have a creative mindset with a knack for
  - solving.
• You have some understanding of AI tools and their applications in marketing.
• You are able to leverage the use of a smartphone to generate
  - quality photos.
• You know how to use photo editors and have familiarity with free photo resources like Unsplash.
• You can work independently, given this role is the sole marketing function, as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
• You possess a comprehensive understanding of various marketing channels including social media platforms (Linked
  In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. ).

Got all of that covered? Great stuff, that’s all you need! Anyhow, it would be good if you also:

• Have used marketing tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hub
  Spot, Mail
  Chimp, etc.
• Have prior experience with crafting and executing social media ad campaigns.
• Can demonstrate ability to craft and implement marketing strategies.
• Have basic skills in graphic design software (e. g. , Photoshop, Canva).
• Have familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Know of SEO and SEM techniques.

Finally, if you want to shine, it would be a big plus if you:

• Have strong content creation skills, including but not limited to blogs, videos, and infographics.
• Have direct experience in leveraging AI tools like Chat
  GPT for customer engagement and other marketing functions.
• Possess certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or other relevant courses.
• Have experience in designing and contributing to successful marketing campaigns, whether digital or traditional.
