Mission:
The Junior Key Account Manager B2B is a crucial role within Grupo Bimbo's Commercial team. This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key business clients to achieve sales and growth targets set by the company. The person in this role will work closely with the Commercial Manager and the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue for the organization.
You will
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service;
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives;
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients for business development;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and utilize this information to inform sales strategies;
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure successful business partnerships;
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth delivery of products to clients;
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and progress towards targets to the Commercial Manager;
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoice and payment processes for B2B clients;
- Continuously strive to improve customer experience and build a strong brand image for Grupo Bimbo in the B2B market;
- Participate in relevant trade shows and events to promote Grupo Bimbo's products and services.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and
- solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (including an advanced level MS Excel) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory), advance level of Spanish (preferred);
