Junior IT UX Researcher for Data & AI solutions

In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.

Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.

What you will need to do:

• Conduct activities in the areas of UX Research and Service Experience Management, applying the client IT UX framework in the client IT Data & AI services and tools, in its Project and Service lifecycle;
• Collaborate with Data & AI Value Center Management and Service Teams, as well as with other User Experience teams across the client businesses and regions, aiming to understand the
  -
  - end value chain (IT service <–> End-User), collecting feedback and input from and towards the end users;
• Define deployment strategies for IT project & service roll out (creating awareness, informing, engaging and enabling client
  - users);
• Focus on IT Customer and User Satisfaction:
  • Measure and establish regular reporting of all
    - related activities;
  • Follow-up with service owners from the client IT.
• Conduct activities in the areas of User Experience management:
  • Design Thinking / Focus group sessions with end users;
  • Compile feedback and incorporate it in IT UX offer, but also in IT Service Design.
• Benchmark (find latest trends in IT) and create a network across the client companies.

What you will need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience;
• Strategic and

  - box thinking;
• Good understanding of Data and AI, with experience in UX research and design in these areas;
• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team;
• Ability to communicate effectively to all
  - user levels as well as top management;
• Native-speaker level command of English with excellent presentation and writing skills;
• Hybrid model (2 days at the office in Lisbon).
