We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in providing technical support, managing IT assets, and ensuring seamless daily operations. This position involves maintaining system infrastructure, tracking software licenses, monitoring IT costs, and assisting users with hardware and software issues. If you’re

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Track and maintain IT assets, including software licenses, user accounts, and associated costs to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
• Assist in system administration across Windows, Linux, and mac
  OS environments.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
• Implement security updates, backups, and IT best practices.
• Maintain IT documentation, including guides, asset inventories, and policies.
• Support IT procurement and budgeting by analyzing costs and optimizing software/hardware expenses.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with license tracking, cost monitoring, and IT asset management.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, etc. ).
• Strong
  - solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to assist
  - technical users effectively.
• Experience with scripting (Power
  Shell, Bash) is a plus.
• IT certifications (Comp
  TIA A+, Microsoft 365, or equivalent) are a plus.
