Based in Oeiras, the Human Resources Manager will have the responsibility to create our first Human Resources Department – currently – 40 FTE.

Human Resources Specialist – Lisbon / Oeiras

Are you willing to take these responsibilities?

• Recruitment: Designing, implementing, and monitoring HR hiring and development programs, such as recruitment and selection processes.
• Payroll and Administrative: Payroll, legal obligations, training, fleet, and administrative tasks.
• Policies and Procedures: Creates, proposes, and manages all Human Resources policies and procedures. Developing a compensation and benefits policy in line with the company's guidelines and best market practices.

Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, or similar.
• 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in Recruitment and Payroll (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and
  - on spirit, able to work in a
  - paced, highly dynamic, changing, and multicultural environment.
• Builds collaborative and trusting relationships, working closely with both managers and employees, reinforcing the continual development of “high performing” teams.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel level.
• Good level of English (mandatory).
