We invite a friendly, empathetic HR Manager with strong interpersonal skills to join our HR team at Dev. Pro, where you'll help drive improvements in work processes and social benefits, boost motivation, and foster positive relationships across the organization. In this role, you'll support our operations teams, managing the entire HR lifecycle, from
- onboarding to contractor development and offboarding.

- Strong knowledge of HR theory and contractors' lifecycle management
- Understanding of team dynamics, effective team collaboration and engagement

- solving - Strong organizational skills and ability to structure information clearly
- Self-motivation, eagerness to independently learn and develop skills, and an interest in keeping up to date with HR and IT trends
- Proficiency with G Suite, Spreadsheets, Surveys
- Intermediate+ English level with strong verbal communication
- Fluency in Ukrainian (native or
- native level)
- Familiarity with the IT industry, including common roles and processes
In this role, you'll assist with the company's daily HR activities and help manage the full contractor lifecycle for our operational teams.
- Support
-
- day HR processes within the company, consulting operations teams and managers - Manage contractor onboarding, adaptation, and termination processes
- Maintain and update accurate contractor records
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings with contractors to discuss development and address concerns
- Participate in performance review processes
- Contribute to organizing
- building activities and promoting team engagement - Assist in developing training materials and conducting
- sharing - Support managers and team leads in addressing and resolving workplace issues and conflicts
