Are you passionate about kickstarting your career in HR and contributing to workplace culture? Our dynamic People & Talent (P&T) team is looking for a Junior HR Generalist to provide essential support across key HR functions. In this role, you’ll assist with everything from Administration and Payroll to Talent Acquisition and Learning Management, playing a vital part in our team's success.

Main Responsibilities

1. Administrative support on onboarding documentation for new hires including contracts, promotions, transfers and offboarding processes including exit documentation and record updates.
2. Operational support to the organization and execution of the HR calendar events.
3. Provide support throughout all payroll processes.
4. Maintain accurate and
   -
   - date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
5. Perform Talent Acquisition activities when needed: sourcing suitable candidates, support organization of the interview process and extend offer letters.
6. Support the administrative immigration processes.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of HR generalist support experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Portuguese.
3. Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office).
4. Proactive attitude, digital fluency, good attention to detail.
5. Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships in an international environment.
