Job Description:
Are you passionate about kickstarting your career in HR and contributing to workplace culture? Our dynamic People & Talent (P&T) team is looking for a Junior HR Generalist to provide essential support across key HR functions. In this role, you'll assist with everything from Administration and Payroll to Talent Acquisition and Learning Management, playing a vital part in our team's success.
Main responsabilities:
* Administrative support on onboarding documentation for new hires including contracts, promotions, transfers and offboarding processes including exit documentation and record updates.
* Operational support to the organization and execution of the HR calendar events
* Provide support throughout all payroll processes
* Maintain accurate and

- date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
* Perform Talent Acquisition activities when needed: sourcing suitable candidates, support organization of the interview process and extend offer letters
* Support the administrative immigration processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of HR generalist support experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Portuguese
* Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office)
* Proactive attitude, digital fluency, good attention to detail
* Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships in an international environment
