Are you passionate about kickstarting your career in HR and contributing to workplace culture? Our dynamic People & Talent (P&T) team is looking for a Junior HR Generalist to provide essential support across key HR functions. In this role, you’ll assist with everything from Administration and Payroll to Talent Acquisition and Learning Management, playing a vital part in our team's success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administrative support on onboarding documentation for new hires including contracts, promotions, transfers and offboarding processes including exit documentation and record updates.
• Operational support to the organization and execution of the HR calendar events.
• Provide support throughout all payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate and

  - date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
• Perform Talent Acquisition activities when needed: sourcing suitable candidates, supporting the organization of the interview process and extending offer letters.
• Support the administrative immigration processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Portuguese.
• Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office).
• Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships in an international environment.
