Junior German Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support for
- related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting. - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, helpful, and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome!
- Must be available to work
- site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
