Job Description

What to expect, your role

1. A Finance and Operations (F&O) Business Consultant is responsible for capturing and detailing finance and business processes and the business requirements from our clients, through workshops, meetings and documentation.
2. Analyse and understand the client's financial reports and transactions, to design a solution to fit their requirements.
3. Engage subject matter experts and stakeholders to guide them through the different stages of the implementation project.
4. Advise clients on the best tools and methods to digitally transform their financial and business processes.
5. Help clients navigate challenges in digital transformation smoothly and efficiently.
6. Consultants also configure the ERP system and applications delivered to the client (training will be provided throughout the L&D programme).

1. Newly qualified graduates with less than three years' professional experience.
2. Degree in Business Management/Administration, Economics, or related.
3. Fluency in English both oral and written.
4. Fluency in French both oral and written.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
9. Good organisational skills.
10. A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
11. Ability to work independently and within a team.
12. Availability to travel abroad.
13. Master degree in Accounting/Finance or related (Desirable).
