We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop financial expertise, gain
- on experience, and contribute to key financial processes within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in financial data, and the ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced environment.

Your role:

1. Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
2. Conduct financial analysis to support
   - making and business strategies.
3. Monitor financial performance by analyzing key metrics and variances.
4. Support
   - end and
   - end closing processes.
5. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
6. Assist in identifying
   - saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
7. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
8. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

Your Background:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (internship experience is a plus).
3. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
5. Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
8. Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function.
