About this role
We are looking for a talented, smart and enthusiastic website designer to join our experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating beautiful websites for our customers using our very own website builder tool from initial concept through to customer sign off.
- You will work with customers to provide design and marketing expertise, e. g. to generate logos/ banners/ images for their websites, help to publish some initial news stories on their networks and provide some marketing ideas on how they can engage their users with emails, editorial, events etc.
- Working with our Sales and Product teams to create and update a powerful set of sales, marketing, case studies and support guides (including PPT, online, video format etc).
- Creating beautiful demo sites and mockups for our sales team to help the client visualise their Toucan
Tech site. - Offering design support for multiple other marketing channels, including social media, conferences and events and mass email marketing.
- Product testing, design, UX projects, etc - note the role does not require you to have development / programming skills.
You will be part of our Design Team. Toucan
Tech also has staff working in product, data, sales, marketing, operations and customer support and training.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Self-driven,
- working and
- oriented, with strong communication skills - A clear and charming phone manner – to build relationships and engage with customers
- Good eye for design – strong PPT skills are essential, Adobe Illustrator, In
Design, Photo
Shop, HTML and other graphics programmes would be a plus - A passion for technology (specifically websites and databases) is a must!
- A natural
- solver, with an inquisitive mind who delves into issues and makes it your responsibility to find an answer and get back to the customer - Highly organised, a
- player and always ‘happy to help’
Benefits
You will be free to work remotely from home and to attend occasional team meetings in Lisboa / Estoril, with some potential training/ meetups in London, UK.
