We are looking for a
Junior Buyer & Merchandising Specialistto support our merchandise strategy, build relationships with partner brands, and help optimize product performance across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Scouting & Onboarding:Assist in identifying and selecting new brands.

Support the onboarding process and maintain strong relationships with partner brands.

Merchandise Selection:Collaborate in curating seasonal collections that balance creativity with commercial potential.

Product Performance Analysis:Conduct daily and seasonal performance reviews using
Power
BIand other tools.

Provide actionable insights to improve product success across our three stores.

Stock Planning & Management:Help plan and forecast inventory needs to ensure availability and reduce excess stock.

Monitor product life cycles to optimize
- through rates and profitability.

Budget & Pricing Support:Contribute to the development of buying budgets and assist in vendor negotiations.

Analyze pricing strategies to maximize sales and maintain margins.

Market Awareness & Trend Research:Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and cultural influences.

Support the team with insights into emerging styles and market demands.

What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or a related role within the fashion industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply it to
- making.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, and other analytical platforms.

A passion for fashion trends, emerging brands, and customer behavior.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a
- paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with brands and team members.
