In Alten Portugal we are looking for a new Business Manager to join our team!

Your role as Business Manager:

As Business Manager, you will be an entrepreneur in building your business unit carrying out 3 main activities:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers and thinking out of the box

- Gathering new business leads with current customers

- Participating in the development of business offers

- Supporting the company to meet its commercial objectives

- Optimizing business profitability

- “Farming” customer relationships with your winning way

- Supporting our clients in demanding projects through several service offering

- Analysing and reporting your business activities

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

- Participating in the recruitment strategy definition and process

- Continuously recruit, interview, and match candidates with customer's needs

3. MANAGEMENT

- Act as a leader to build your own team of consultants

- Be in charge of your consultant team's career evolution (Annual review, career committee, training)

- Supervising the financial status of your business activity (P&L)

- Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners

Your profile:

- Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics or in Engineering

- You are fluent in Portuguese and English.

- Corporate entrepreneurship spirit

- You are a good listener,
- active, persuasive, communicative and have a "hands-on" mentality

- You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but also you are a team player keeping focus on the company’s interests

- You have a proven track record of closing new business opportunities
