Your mission will be…

1. As a Junior Business Financial Controller Operator, you will play a key role in managing financial operations across 14 countries, ensuring accuracy in billing, revenue recognition, and order management. Your main responsibilities include:
2. Billing & Revenue Recognition: Ensure timely and accurate billing for all GBS customers, aligning with contract terms and revenue recognition policies.
3. Order Management & Accounting: Manage order entries, assure correct accounting treatments, and oversee financial transactions related to contract execution.
4. Contract & Customer Alignment: Work closely with Business Controllers to support contract creation, track status updates, collect billing information, and align with customers on financial matters.
5. Financial Controlling & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across multiple systems by performing quality checks, managing data uploads, reconciling discrepancies, and improving data integration processes. Additionally, support the standardization of financial reporting by optimizing data flows and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting (billing experience is a strong plus).
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of billing processes and revenue recognition principles.
5. Experience with financial accounting and order management.
6. Familiarity with ICFR controls and financial compliance requirements.
7. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools.
8. Data reconciliation and validation skills across multiple financial systems.
9. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
10. Attention to detail & accuracy – Ability to work with large volumes of data with precision.
11. Problem-solving mindset – Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
12. Strong communication skills – Ability to interact with different stakeholders, including business controllers and customers.
13. Collaboration & teamwork – Comfortable working in a dynamic,
    - functional environment.
14. Process improvement orientation – Willingness to identify inefficiencies and contribute to standardization efforts.
