We're currently seeking candidates to join our Sword Assistants team, which aims to bolster support across different facets of Sword Health. This involves tackling sporadic projects, typically lasting 2-3 months supporting the teams directly (e. g. , organization of events, video editing). Additionally, members of the team will handle operational tasks that don't require specialized technical skills, such as benchmarks or providing manual support for processes.
What you'll be doing:- Executes operational processes to support
- functional teams in planning and executing sporadic projects with a duration of 2-3 months or less (e. g. , event organization). - Performs operational tasks that do not require specific technical skills or knowledge of the area in support of
- functional teams. - Ensures all projects and tasks are completed within the given timelines.
- Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project and task delivery.
- Perform more than one project at the same time.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Administrative or Business-related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively organize and execute projects with varying timelines.
- Adaptability: Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and work on projects with different stakeholders and timelines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is crucial for handling operational tasks accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members across different areas of Sword Health and effectively convey project requirements and updates.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within the Sword Assistants team and support various departments across Sword Health as needed.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the diverse range of tasks and projects assigned, demonstrating flexibility in managing workload and priorities effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in using common office software and tools like G-Suite.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to tackle operational tasks efficiently and independently, resolving challenges that arise during the course of projects.
- Data Analytics: Capability to perform basic data analysis tasks, including interpreting data sets, generating reports, and providing insights to support
- making processes within Sword Health.

Compensation: €17, 938 - €22, 064 a year Base: €13, 300 - €17, 220 Variable: €700 - €906 Net equity value per year: €3, 938. These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
