We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Junior Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial modelling, accounting principles, and financial data analysis, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this person will be integrated into the Operations team, supporting corporate financial strategy implementation and the current operations of the company.

- pressure nature of this role, the candidate must demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting, analysis, control, and monitoring of headcount and expenses monthly (actual vs forecast/budget).
2. Process payments, expense reimbursements, and process invoices in the platform system.
3. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to track company performance and financial health.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
5. Support the development of comprehensive financial models for real estate development projects, considering factors such as construction costs, market trends, and revenue projections.
6. Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management and project teams, leveraging insights from financial analysis to optimize project profitability and mitigate risks.
7. Monitor project expenditures, support the project managers to identify
   - saving opportunities, and implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2. Between 1-3 years of experience in similar functions, preferably with a focus on real estate development. Fresh graduates with good knowledge may also apply.
3. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices and data analysis and forecasting; financial modeling skill would be a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
   - functional teams and communicate financial concepts to
   - financial stakeholders.
6. Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel and Power
   Point.
7. Adaptability and resilience in a
   - paced, entrepreneurial environment.
