About the role:

As a Junior Accounting Analyst, you will be specialized within the Finance Team reporting to the Accounting Team Leader. In order to provide satisfactory service, the position holder must successfully deliver the following:

1. Perform different types of tasks for
   - end,
   - end, and
   - end closing.
2. Calculate and post manual journals at
   - end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation.
3. Perform certain monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations.
4. Perform Inter-Company Reconciliations.
5. Manage Fixed Assets.
6. Interface with various departments, including purchasing, sales, finance, and others.
7. Assist with other additional reporting requirements as needed.
8. Support with
   - related projects as required.
9. Any other
   - hoc duties as required.

What we're kindly looking for:

1. No previous experience required within an Accounting Department, although would be very valued.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel.
3. High level of Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
4. Able to work under pressure (tough closing deadlines).
5. Ability to work well in a
   - tasking environment and a Team Player.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact openly and directly with colleagues, management, and the wider business.

Location: Porto.
