Job Title: Junior Account Manager - Amazon & B2B Marketing Automation and ABMLocation: Lisbon, Portugal (Fully Remote)About the Roles:We are looking for bright and enthusiastic Junior Account Managers to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our client relationships. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, working closely with senior team members to deliver exceptional value to our clients expanding their business through Amazon & B2B Marketing Automation and ABM. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, a genuine interest in technology, and a "can-do" attitude to drive client success. Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & Support: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear and timely communication. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Amazon Account Management Support:Assist in the analysis of Amazon sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Support the implementation of Amazon marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). Help with product listing optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis. Contribute to the monitoring of account health and compliance. B2B Marketing Automation and ABM Support :Assist in the setup and management of AI-powered marketing automation campaigns (e. g. , email marketing, lead nurturing)Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies. Support the integration and utilization of various marketing technology tools. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations summarizing campaign results and insights. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Task Management & Organization: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring attention to detail and timely completion.
