Who are we searching for?

We are looking for a Help Desk Desktop Support with knowledge of operating systems and standard office packages. Experience is not need.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Skills on networking essentials and abilities on scripting.
• Physical installation of equipment.
• User support, of microcomputer elements.
• If necessary, execute commands from a script or set of instructions given to you by the customer team when installing equipment.
• Physical installation of Switches.
• (Re)organization of cabling in Datacenter.
• The possibility of mobility to customer sites. The sites are in Lisbon and Cascais.
• Advanced level Portuguese.
• Recent graduates in CET level studies.
