About the role
In this role, you’ll be the
- to support, helping customers with everything from fixing account issues to resolving problems with playing videos or uploading content. You’ll be a troubleshooting expert, identifying the root cause of each problem and guiding customers to the perfect solution. Whether it’s soft troubleshooting for account settings or helping with useful tips, you’ll stay on top of the latest policies, safety guidelines, and rules. As you work through customer inquiries, you’ll also document your actions and categorise any cases or bugs to keep things running smoothly.
