About Hybrid Agreement Conditions: All CI&Ters @Portugal are expected to go to the CI&T Lisbon office at least:
- once every 15 days while living in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area
- once every 2 months while living in the rest of the country (minimum legal frequency)
Objective: To understand user needs, expectations, and behaviors through research and analysis to inform the design and creation of digital products and systems. The primary mission is to generate insights and recommendations for the development of impactful and effective user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field observations, to understand user needs and challenges.
- Create and maintain personas, empathy maps, and other artifacts representing user profiles and journeys.
- Consolidate and communicate research results and recommendations clearly and objectively through reports, presentations, and other suitable means.
- Work closely with the UX (User Experience) team, designers, and developers to ensure that the insights obtained are applied to the design and creation of digital products and systems.
- Participate in ideation and prototyping sessions, contributing ideas based on data and insights obtained through research.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in user experience research by attending events, courses, and communities related to the field.
- Collaborate with other researchers and UX professionals to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and enhance research methodologies and approaches.
- At position map level 4, you can assist in team management by providing guidance, support, and direction for the development of activities and careers.
