This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days from home per week.

As a Jira Technical Consultant, you will support our client in maintaining and optimizing Jira and Confluence platforms for seamless collaboration and process efficiency. This role involves working closely with
- functional teams, ensuring these tools meet organizational needs and enhance productivity.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Jira and Confluence tools daily.
• Lead Jira/Confluence upgrades, including communication, scheduling, and performance tuning.
• Manage Jira
  - ons, plugins, and extensions.
• Adapt XML configuration files for Jira/Rally integration.
• Meet stakeholders to identify and implement Jira and Confluence requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and new hires on Jira/Confluence features.
• Create and maintain dashboards and advanced filters for reporting.
• Manage user permissions and resolve technical issues promptly.

You’re Ideal for the Role If You Have:

• Expert-level Jira administration and proficiency in the Atlassian tool suite.
• Experience managing workflows, custom fields, and security schemes.
• XML knowledge and basic programming skills, including Java frameworks.
• Experience installing and updating Jira plugins using Atlassian SDK.
• Proficiency in creating reports, filters, and dashboards.
• Autonomy and proactive
  - solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English is mandatory. Portuguese is strongly recommended. Knowledge of French/German is a plus.
