As a Java Team Leader, you will participate in projects to ensure alignment with the current Java solutions and to ensure the planning of activities within the team. You will also take on the overall responsibility of the applications and that they are developed within the set guidelines and architecture.

The project is currently moving into an
- driven, headless, microservice architecture and expanding the platform to also support store cash registers. You will take a big part in securing the completion and direction of this.

It's a process of making highly scalable software that powers the continued growth of JYSK, and you will play a key part in this:

1. You will lead a team working with the heart of our backend that generates billions in revenue.
2. You will develop the JYSK architecture in close cooperation with other team leaders, architects, and stakeholders.
3. You will develop your leadership skills.
4. You will be leading the people working on the most prioritized project in the JYSK portfolio.

Must Have Skills:

1. 8+ years of experience in software development with Java.
2. 5+ years working with Spring Boot.
3. Experience with SQL.
4. Ability to work with both technical and
   - technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Experience with Cloud Native engineering.
2. Experience with Kafka.
3. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Collaborate with senior development team members on technical design and
   - making.
