What you will do:

As a Java Senior Software Engineer in the Customer e
Xperience, you will be in charge of:

• Working with a
  - notch tech stack including Java 17, Big
  Data, Kafka, Cassandra, and others.
• Developing powerful algorithms that innovate in travel tech.
• Leveraging your technical excellence mindset to code
  - quality solutions.
• Working with a distributed, scalable microservices platform.
• Collaborating with talented colleagues who will mentor you.
• Participating in product definition and ideation processes.
• Continuously learning through workshops and hackathons.
• Owning and monitoring the performance of product and technical OKRs.
• Mentoring junior team members.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with at least 5 years in a
  - scale,
  - driven environment.
• Excellent understanding of coding fundamentals and strong knowledge of Java.
• Good knowledge of programming principles including databases and data structures.
• Experience with distributed, concurrent, and scalable systems.
• Strong
  - solving skills and creativity.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in large teams.
• A growth mindset and experience in mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
