We are looking for an Java Developer & API Manager!

Mission: The challenge is to help the various business areas develop APIs accessible by external customers, and to provide them with the main blocks, documentation and training needed to deploy APIs.

The team is expected to operate in Agile mode (sprints), with a high degree of collaboration around the Team Lead.

Requirements:

• API* (Know very well what an API, API Composition, BFF and API Gateway are).
• Design* (Capable to design Java Services and Components in a Micro
  Services Ecosystem).
• API Documentation* (Know well API Documentation structures : Swagger, Open
  API and the formats : JSON, YAML).
• Best Practices Writing (Capable to write Best Practices (suited to an Organisation)).
• Java V8-V11 (Know very well Java Technologies).
• Spring
  Boot V2+ (Know very well Spring and Spring
  Boot Ecosystem).
• Spring Data (Know very well Spring and Spring
  Boot Ecosystem).
• JPA (Know very well Spring and Spring
  Boot Ecosystem).
• Hibernate (Know very well Spring and Spring
  Boot Ecosystem).
• POCs Creation (Capable to create a POC to demonstrate a concept).
• Hello World Creation (Capable to create "Hello World" in order to show how to use a framework, a library, a module).
• Jenkins usage V2+ (Capable to create or modify a Jenkins Job).
• Spring Security (Know very well Spring Security or any other modules to handle security on application level).
• Authentication & Authorisation (Know very well differences in API authentication and API authorisation).
• Splunk V8+ (Know how to use splunk).
• API Monitoring (Know (Aware of) API Monitoring).
• Docker (Know Docker).
• Architecture (Capable to help other teams to Architecture / Design an reusable API).
• Performances (Capable (to help) to improve API perfomances).
• API Publishing (Know some API Catalog Tools (Swagger
  Hub, Spotify Backstage, …)).
• Problem solving (Capable of resolving problems and find best solutions).
• Conflict resolution (avoid conflicts, find a peaceful exist to one (possible conflicts with colleagues whose job is at risk)).
• Creativity (think out of the box).
• Organization (manage his time efficiently as no operational local direct manager).
• Empathy (when working with colleagues who are being replaced).
• Decision-making (for a required minimum autonomy).
• Teamwork (inside the 3 FTE team or outside during trainings …).
• Leadership (will be required once other Java developers will be on boarded).
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of French (PLUS).
