Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, acting as the
- to expert for guidelines - Review and rate various content types, providing written justifications for your evaluations
- Collaborate in calibration sessions, contributing to team alignment and improvement
- Conduct peer audits and assist in training new team members
- Handle multiple assignments independently, meeting all KPIs to ensure smooth business operations
- Work closely with the team to share best practices and insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residency)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a logical approach
- Excellent communication skills, able to present your reasoning clearly and concisely
- Comfortable with G Suite tools, especially Google Sheets
- Willing to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
