The ITSM Development Expert responsibilities are:

1. Develop and Customize Service
   Now Applications by creating and configuring Service
   Now applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
2. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes and improve user experience.
3. Integrate Service
   Now with other systems and
   - party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Service
   Now applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

1. Level 6/7 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
2. At least 2 years experience in Service
   Now Development;
3. Certifications such as: Service
   Now Certified Application Developer (CAD), Service
   Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
4. Ability to work well in a team and sense of initiative;
5. Advanced level in French and Advanced/Intermediate level in English.
