What you need to join us:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

- 4+ years of experience working as an ITIL Consultant, Business Analyst or ITSM Functional Specialist;

- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certification preferred)

- Understanding of core ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc. ).

Hybrid project in Lisbon (2x/week).

English fluency is mandatory.
