- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;- 4+ years of experience working as an ITSM or ITIL Developer;- Experience with ITSM platforms (e. g. : Service Now);- Experience with scripting languages (e. g. : Javascript, Python);- Understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certification is a plus). -> Important notes:Hybrid project in Lisbon (2x/week).
