Ciao, Lisbon! Are you ready to spice up your career with a dash of Italian flair? We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, with sales superpowers and a flawless command of Italian and English to join our fantastic team.

Daily tasks:

1. Management, support, organization and further development of the assigned team;
2. Management of approximately 10 to 20 employees;
3. Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives;
4. Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process
   - how;
5. Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee;
6. Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team;
7. HR Responsibilities: time and absence management, involvement in recruiting process.

1. Native or fluent Italian and English (mandatory).
2. At least 1 year of experience in team management and in a call center (mandatory).
3. Languages: French / English (mandatory).
4. A strong service mentality and customer orientation + Sales oriented.
5. Excellent knowledge of PC / MS Office.
6. Great motivation and determination.
7. Strong initiative and implementation.
8. Enthusiasm, team player and positive mindset.

1. Direct and permanent contract with the client.
