Our client is looking for a bright Italian speaking office administrator to join their team on a 3 month temporary contract on a full time basis. Within this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support to a busy team. The company is a
- known public sector organisation which is based in the very centre of Manchester.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general secretarial and administrative support
• Being the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times
• Ensuring all materials are accurate and documented efficiently and correctly on the database
• Maintaining and updating all project files and project documents

Profile:

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Switched-on and able to work well in a
  - paced environment
