Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services via calls or emails.
• Review requests, make decisions, and process them accordingly.
• Analyze information and solve problems effectively.
• Continuously work towards improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
