Our client is recruiting Italian speakers. Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment)Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of a world leading medical company. Job Duties
Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media. Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets. Essential Criteria
Native level Italian and English. At least some customer service experience, . Good general IT skills. Please only apply if you are happy to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite and speak a good level of English.
