We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Italian-speaking customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services. You will act as a brand ambassador, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive approach.

Requirements:
- Native or
- native fluency in Italian and proficiency in English. - EU ID or Portuguese Residence card.
- Excellent communication and

- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
