Start Date: 10 April 2025

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00-19:00 (rotating 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week with 2 days off)

Salary: 1, 000/month (x14 months) + daily meal allowance (7. 63 net per working day)

Your Role:

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will:

1. Sell cruise packages tailored to client needs
2. Upsell and
   - sell packages and
   - related products
3. Support customers and travel agents with bookings and
   - booking management
4. Provide expert information on destinations, ships, documentation, pricing, and more
5. Ensure a
   - quality customer experience with attention to detail and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

1. High school diploma
2. Fluent Italian (C1) + English (B2)
3. Sales experience is mandatory
4. Strong communication skills and a
   - solving mindset
5. Proven computer literacy and ability to multitask
6. Excellent attention to detail and diligence in daily tasks
7. EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit
8. Already residing in mainland Portugal
